Riversong on the Florida Elevation 7,638 Feet 4 Bedroom/2 Bath Sleeps 10 Main Floor Master Bedroom - King Bed Upstairs Master Bedroom - King Bed Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed Bedroom 4 - Twin Bunk Loft - 2 Twin Daybeds This lovely cabin is situated right along the beautiful Florida River. You can hear the beautiful "river song" from every room in the house. Guests can enjoy their time fishing from the property (catch and release only), or just sitting back and relaxing while taking in the views on the deck right along the water, where you might also get a glimpse of the local wild life. The home features a living room with wood fireplace, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and dining room. On the main floor you will find the first master bedroom with King bed. A full bath is located on the main floor. Upstairs you will find the additional 3 bedrooms and the loft. Bedroom 2 is another master bedroom with King bed. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and Bedroom 4 has a Twin bunk. The loft has two Twin daybeds for additional sleeping options. Outside you will find a gas grill and outdoor dining on the large deck. Please note the river does move swiftly depending on weather and season. This home is dog friendly. Approved Dogs are allowed with a non-refundable fee per pet based on size/type. This was the best place we have ever stayed. Absolutely a beautiful place which has everything. Sitting out on the deck every morning with a cup of coffee watching and listening to the river was mesmerizing.

The property is in a small valley about 20 minutes from Durango on the Florida River with beautiful views. The house is comfortable and well equipped with plenty of room to relax and enjoy down time or family game night. Love the patio and fire pit!

Beautiful property on the river! Just exactly what we needed to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We so enjoyed the local activities, but our very favorite times were when we sat in front of the fire pit or the wood-burning fireplace. It was magical! We definitely will return with family and friends! Comfortable and clean, spacious and fully stocked kitchen. We highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this river side house. The house was clean, well kept, and had plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 child. The kitchen was well stocked, linens were clean, and instruction were very clear. This house was great for a relaxing getaway with beautiful scenery and sounds with the river so close. It was about a 20 minute drive to downtown Durango which is close enough to get into town quickly but far enough away to not feel so crowded. I would definitely stay here again!
