Imagine waking up and walking onto your balcony with a gorgeous view of the San Juan Mountains. Just a short walk to the slopes and the many wonderful activities at Durango Mountain Resort, this two-story, spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is one of the best values on the mountain. This lovely home has just undergone a complete remodel and is beautifully redecorated with new furnishings and bedding. Enjoy the convenience of being right on the mountain without having to get in your car to enjoy all of the wonderful activities at the resort. Enjoy the spectacular views from the living room or outside on our huge balcony with outdoor dining and gas grill. The living room also has a sofa sleeper for additional accommodations. The fully stocked, open kitchen has all you could need and there is a large dining table seating 8 plus bar seating for 4 at the counter. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed, in room TV, and a full en suite master bath with dual vanity and large standing shower. Downstairs features two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds. All bedrooms have their own TVs. There is also an additional full bathroom downstairs with tub/shower combination. A washer and dryer and parking for two cars, one in a covered carport, and a 'mud room' to store all of your ski equipment, are just a few of the many conveniences offered in this comfortable vacation rental. This is the perfect spot for your family's mountain getaway this ski season.

This was a great location if you are looking for peace and quiet in the mountains and a great location to Go into Durango and Silverton. Would stay here again. Take fans in the summer though if you are hot natured as there is no central AC and it does get warm in afternoon and I like to be nice and cool at night when I sleep. They do have a couple of ceiling fans and one box fan. By no means was it Hot but wish I'd have paid attention to what "mountain air conditioning" meant. Overall though a great place and would recommend this place.

The condo was great! I stayed there with my family and another family of four, eight total. There was plenty of room for all of us. The views out of the balcony were so pretty. The kitchen is fully equipped and had what we needed to make our meals. Loved that they supplied full size shampoo, conditioner, lotions, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

This was exactly what we had hoped in a ski vacation. The property manager was very helpful and responsive to our questions... The property was very well cared for, clean and just as we hoped from viewing the listing! I would recommend for sure!

We loved everything about this place. The kitchen is perfect and fully stocked on all you need. The views are breath taking from the back deck. We plan on returning and here again. We had a few questions during our stay and they were quick to respond and very polite. Thank you.

Our stay at Sitzmark at Purgatory in the Durango area was wonderful. Our three bedroom unit was spacious and well appointed. Our family vacation stay was fantastic.
