Let this beautiful mountain townhome be your perfect getaway! Located directly across from Purgatory Resort, your family will have a wonderful experience no matter the season. Take the free shuttle and be at the slopes in minutes, or head up to the mountain village and enjoy shops, activities, and restaurants. The kitchen includes a bar with seating as well as a built in desk and iPod dock, and opens to the adjacent dining and living area, giving you plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. In the living area you will find a gas fireplace and 50 inch smart TV with brand new Blu-Ray player. The home also features a full water filtration system and a whole house humidifier. The master bedroom has its own gas fireplace and 50 inch smart TV, as well as a private balcony for taking in some fresh mountain air. The private master bath includes a double vanity and a jetted tub. A second bedroom contains a queen bed and TV and the third bedroom has a bunk with full bed on bottom and twin bed on top. Enjoy great views of the slopes from the balcony off the living room, complete with a full-size grill. An attached garage gives you space to park the car or leave your gear out of the way. Guests have access to use the heated pool, hot tub, and work out center at the main Purgatory Lodge included with the 8% resort fee.
This home is dog friendly. Approved Dogs are allowed with a non-refundable fee per pet based on size/type. Please let us know about your pet(s) when inquiring or making your reservation.

This condo was the best I've ever rented. The location was perfect, I loved being outside the craziness & traffic of the resort. Just a quick phone call and the shuttle was there in 10min to take us to the lifts 2 min away. The condo was clean & the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed & then some. This family of 5 will definitely rent this place again.

We loved our time at this condo and Purgatory. It was so well stocked and had everything we needed. The shuttle to the resort was so convenient and easy to use. The sleeping arrangements are really more suited for 7 people not 9 but can be made to work(we had 8). Highly recommend this fantastic place!

This property was more beautiful and well located than we expected! We walked right across the highway to Purgatory Ski Resort. The space was clean, the kitchen stocked with most basic essentials, beds were very comfortable and the living space where we hung out after a day of skiing was very relaxing. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs too. Thank you! We will be back.

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week to ski and enjoy winter in the mountains. This home is beautiful and inviting from top to bottom. In all my VRBO travels, I haven't found a kitchen as well equipped as this one. The location is perfect to ski Purgatory and the shuttle to the mountain was awesome. The garage is a wonderful bonus as well. We loved every second of our stay and will be back!

We had the most memorable time in Durango. Spending a week with the kids and our 18 month old granddaughter could not have been more perfect!! Let me say first that the property management and owner were so accommodating for all my requests! The home was beautifully decorated, just like what we expected a mountain home to be. The home had all the necessities we needed. The flip of a switch started the fireplace that was so cozy to sit by as we watched the snow fall and the skiers having fun. Of course the timing was perfect for skiing as it snowed non-stop for 3 days making the kids excited for the great skiing. The location to the purgatory resort was perfect. We never took advantage of the resort shuttle because the kids enjoyed walking over. The resort even had a crew come to the house and offer to shovel the driveway and side walks! That was not expected but a very nice surprise! We can't wait to visit again and hope to stay at Blackbear 102 again!!! Thank you so much! Happy New Year to all!

We had a great time with our friends! Great location across from Purgatory and didn't mind the drive into town for the Polar Express. It snowed twice and we extended our stay by a day to take advantage of it.

This home is beyond FANTASTIC and way beyond what we expected!! We did NOT want to leave. Everything about this home is AMAZING!!! You literally feel like you are home with all of the special touches. GREAT 4 days!!!
