The Animas River Retreat at Baker's Bridge (Lower Apartment Only) Elevation 6,736 Feet 2 Bedroom + Bonus Room/1 Bath Sleeps 5 1,300 Square Feet Master Bedroom - King Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bonus Room - Twin Day Bed This charming and modern guest house has just been newly remodeled and features some great amenities like a gorgeous yard on the river, mountain views, and a perfect location between downtown and the ski resort. Two units are available, with this listing being for the lower level unit only sleeping 5.* The lower level apartment features a large open living room with TV and a fully stocked kitchen and dining area with dining table as well as bar seating. The master bedroom features a King Bed, in room TV, and has en suite access to the full bath. Through the master bedroom is the bonus room which has a built in work space and a Twin Day Bed and has access to the back deck. The second bedroom features a Queen Bed and has a large walk-in closet. USB charging stations are available in the kitchen and office. The beautiful yard is full of changing flora throughout the summer and fall, as well as great views of the river and surrounding mountains. This home is a great location for hiking and biking with easy access to National Forest land. Historic Baker's Bridge is just up the road within walking distance.
