What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM.  If you would like to request an early arrival or late departure, please contact us.  We will do our best to accommodate these requests, however we cannot guarantee them as we may need time to clean the unit between guests.  If available we can offer a 2PM check-in or 12 Noon check-out for a $35 fee.  During peak holidays like Christmas and Spring Break we do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs due to the high volume of properties we need to get ready for guests.


Where do I check in?

Most of our units are individual homes, so you do not need to check in at a different location.  Simply arrive at the unit at the scheduled time and enter using the lock box or garage code you have been given.  If you are required to check-in at a reception desk that information will be provided to you in your directions.  Full arrival instructions are sent by email once your contract and full balance due is received.


What is your payment policy?

We require 50% of the total amount due upon booking.  The final balance is due 45 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file on the date due.  For reservations booked within 45 days of arrival the full balance is due upon booking.  We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover, as well as Electronic Checks.  We offer secure payment processing through the Lynnbrook Group.


What is your cancellation policy?

Should you cancel for any reason within 45 days of your scheduled arrival date, any payments minus the cleaning fee and security deposit will be forfeit.
Should you cancel 46 days or more prior to your stay, a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. All other deposits will be refunded.


What is your pet policy?

Some of our units do allow well behaved pets.  Please tell us about your pet when inquiring or booking.  All pets must be crated when left alone in the home and are not allowed on beds or furniture.  We require a non-refundable pet deposit per pet, dependent upon the size and type, and guests are required to sign an additional waiver.  Any damages caused by a pet above the deposit given will be charged to the guest.

For Contract and Billing Questions email contact is preferred.  We can more quickly answer your question this way as it gives us time to look up your reservation.


Can I ship a package to the home?

Please do not have any mail or packages sent to the home’s address.  We do not always have access to the home’s mail box.  If you need to ship something please call 970-799-4673 and we can arrange that with you.
