Welcome to the amazing River's Edge Cabin. This riverside home has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you. As you enter the home you will find the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances. There is bar seating at the beautiful wood counter top for 4. The comfortable living area has a wood fireplace and gorgeous river views. A brand new remodel has added a dining room which seats 8-10. Also added is the media room with large flat panel TV and an array of DVDs to choose from. There is a queen sofa sleeper in this room for additional sleeping options. On the main floor you will also find the two guest rooms and a shared bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a twin/queen bunk. Upstairs is the spacious master suite. This room features a king bed, its own TV, and a private bath. Outside the wrap-around deck is a great place to spend time. There is a gas grill and plenty of chairs to sit back and enjoy the river. A brand new hot tub has just been added so you can enjoy a soak while the sounds of the river soothe you. Fly Fishing is allowed from the property (catch and release only).

Absolutely loved our stay here beautiful property!! We especially are thankful to the owners who worked with us on dates we needed and their generosity. A special shout out to Casie, the management agent who went above and beyond for us the whole time, since we had some troubles getting there.

Our family stayed here for a week over new years and what a magical, special place this is! We fished, played in the snowy yard, sat around the table playing games, cozied up to the wood burning fireplace and watched snow fall from the warm waters of the hot tub. Property managers, Gwen and Kevin, were rock stars - they went above and beyond. G&K were super helpful, had the place fully stocked and the driveway and patios shoveled for easy access. Plus having a covered garage is an extra perk we didn't realize how much we needed. Overall 5+++++ and we'll be back in the winter and summer as well.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving! The property was cleaned, well maintained and had a beautiful creek view. There was a well equipped kitchen and family games available to enjoy.

This home is exactly as described! We based our choice on the reviews, and boy, it did not disappoint! This is a beautiful, clean, and inviting home that everyone in my family enjoyed! It was the perfect getaway! Very spacious and accommodating! Everything was just outstanding! We just wish we could’ve extended our stay to continue to take in all this property has to offer!

We very much enjoyed this beautiful cabin that is literally on the river. My kids played in the water and we enjoyed the serenity of the property. It was lovely to sit next to the water and enjoy nature. Also,Just 15 min drive into downtown Durango. We would stay here again.
