The Lodge at Mill Creek Elevation 9,337 Feet Master Bedroom - King Bed + Twin Sleeper Bedroom 2 - 2 Queen Beds + Twin Sleeper Bedroom 3 - 2 Queen Beds + Twin Sleeper + Loft with 2 Twin Mattresses 2 Queen Sofa Sleepers This enchanting lodge is located just 4 miles north of Durango Mountain Resort. Be at resort activities in minutes, while feeling away from it all in a quiet and secluded, wooded paradise. The location of the home is also convenient for trips to the mining town of Silverton, one of the beauties of the four corners. As you arrive at the property you will find beautiful mountain and pond views from the deck. A large gazebo covers the large private hot tub. The large kitchen is a cook's dream with plenty of space and updated appliances. The family can gather around the large island with bar seating or sit at the large dining table. There is a lovely sitting area with a large wood fireplace, perfect for curling up and watching the snow fall. Downstairs you will find the bonus room with 3 couches and an 80" flat panel TV. One of the couches is a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping options. There is a large laundry and utility room with washer and dryer on this floor as well. Upstairs on the top floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed with private bath and private balcony overlooking the mountains. The second bedroom features 2 queen beds. A full bath can also be found on this floor. The third bedroom is great for the kids featuring 2 queen beds plus a sleeping loft with 2 twin mattresses. This room also has a private bath. Step outside to enjoy a soak in the large, private hot tub or take in the beauty of the pond views and surrounding mountains. Starlink internet service is available in case you need to work remotely or want to stream your favorite shows and movies. Located right near our neighbor property Enchanted Forest Hideaway - VRBO#2259619 4 Wheel or All-Wheel Drive WITH snow tires or snow chains is REQUIRED for access to this home in winter - No exceptions. This place was so nice with the best amenities. Everyone agreed that it was one of the best airbnbs we've stayed at. Tucked away in the mountains with privacy and easy access to anything, this is a must book place. Enough sleeping areas, great amenities, etc. a blast! Appreciate the hospitality!

We wanted a winter wonderland in the mountains for Christmas and that's exactly what we got with this property! The views are amazing & the house is so accommodating for a big group. 10/10 recommend and will be staying at this property again if in the area!

We had a great time at this property. It is in a perfect location between Durango and Silverton. There are amazing views from the deck. We didn't have any issues with the property as it had everything we needed for the week.

This house was WONDERFUL and we loved every minute of it. We came early part of June and the weather was amazing! We've decided when we return, we need to stay a day or two longer. We've stayed in many VRBO's and this home paid attention to all details. It was well stocked. We LOVED our time on the porch playing games, eating, and just enjoying the weather and scenery. We enjoyed fires at night, sitting around the kitchen island, and just relaxing all the way around. It was in a perfect location halfway between Durango and Silverton. Best of both worlds. Highly recommend....thank you.

We had an issue with water heater lines freezing but the property management team was able to fix it and was understanding.
