We try to anticipate questions you might have about our vacation rentals and provide the answers here.

1.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is at 5PM and check-out is at 11AM.  If you would like to request an early arrival or late departure, please contact us.  We will do our best to accomodate these requests, however we cannot guarantee them as we may need time to clean the unit between guests.


2.

Where do I check in?

Most of our units are individual homes, so you do not need to check in at a different location.  Simply arrive at the unit at the scheduled time and enter using the lockbox or garage code you have been given.  If you are a guest of the Purgatory Lodge or Tamarron Lodge/Gamble Oak you will check-in at the front desk and they will issue you a key card.  Full arrival instructions will be sent 10 days before your arrival.

What is your payment policy?

A deposit is due immediately to hold the reservation and must be received within (7) business days.  The deposit automatically converts to a security deposit upon arrival.  The deposit is NOT applied toward rental fees; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided all provisions outlined in the rental contract are met.  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  If reservation dates are within 30 days of booking, full payment is due immediately.

What is your cancellation policy?

Should you cancel for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date, any payments will be forfeit.  Should you cancel 31 days or more prior to your stay, a $150 cancellation fee will be charged.  All other deposits will be refunded.


5.

Why do I need to provide my credit card?
Will anything be charged to my card?

Your credit card is needed to hold your reservation until we receive and clear your deposit check.  Deposits may be charged to the card number given for an additional processing fee.  We also use this card in case you or your guests cause any damage to the unit greater than the amount of the security deposit collected.  We will not charge any amount to your card without notification. 


6.

When will my security deposit be refunded?

We try to return your security deposit within 14 days of your departure.  This allows us enough time to check for any damages or missing items and process your refund.


7.

What is your pet policy?

Some of our units do allow well behaved pets.  All pets must be crated when left alone in the home and are not allowed on beds or furniture.  We require a non-refundable pet deposit per pet, dependent upon the size and type.  Any damages caused by a pet above the deposit given will be charged to the guest.
